The semi-fictionalised adaptation tells the story of childhood friends Maggie and Birdy, as they move into a house in London and navigate life, love and friendship in your twenties. The show stars Emma Appleton and Bel Powley, alongside Marli Siu and Aliyah Odoffin.
The Wainwrights team were working behind scenes on season 1 in London to brighten up the main house that the friends moved into. We added potted trees and shrubs, hedges and topiary, outdoor plants and artificial flowers to complete the look and bring the set to life.
