First on set...
Wainwright’s are often the first to arrive at a location, cutting back trees and vegetation and creating tracks for production facilities. We ensure that your film or TV set is fit for purpose and enable your production team, cast and crew to safely access the site.
We have our own fleet of in-house machinery including tractors, diggers, chippers and tree shears – all operated by fully qualified and insured drivers – meaning we can work quickly and flexibly to support your wider production needs throughout the project.

With over 20 years’ experience of working in large private woodlands, including those owned by the National Trust and Forestry Commission, we know how to work with location managers and site owners to use the trees and their woodland settings in the most natural and sustainable way.
We’ve also worked on National Nature Reserves and Sites of Special Scientific Interest, building strong relationships with reserve managers for future filming.

Aftercare is very important to us. When filming is done, Wainwright’s work with location managers and site owners to ensure that the location is reinstated back to how it was when we arrived.
Using our fleet to machinery and many years of experience working with different landscapes, we are able to reinstate any landscape back to its original state.
This level of service is why we are often commended by site owners for leaving the site looking better than it was before filming!
